Built an Editorial and Design Team for Cloud Retail (formerly Jiffy)
We supported the marketing team with product content, whitepapers, pitch decks, and the founder’s social media — and later rewrote the company’s About Us page.

Cloud Retail (formerly Jiffy)
Cloud Retail is a UK-based startup developing SaaS and on-premise solutions for various e-commerce verticals. Their products help retailers optimize and automate everything from warehouse management to online sales.

The Cloud Retail platform is modular — each module covers a specific area of e-commerce. Businesses can combine and customize them to fit their specific needs.
The Challenge
When the company approached us, it was in the middle of a pivot — transforming from Jiffy, a delivery service, into Cloud Retail, a B2B solutions provider.

They needed support with marketing content: whitepapers for different business goals, website copy, and social media — both for the brand and its founder. We also helped create promo materials.
What We Did
We wrote articles and social media posts for Cloud Retail — all in English. We also created a presentation, a whitepaper, and the updated About Us page for the company website.
How We Worked
Our first task was to create a whitepaper that could be used both as a lead magnet and a sales enablement tool. The document needed to address the target audience’s pain points around moving a retail business online — and highlight Cloud Retail’s key advantages: the founders' deep industry experience and the full-stack platform with powerful analytics across all business areas.

We collected the client’s requirements and co-developed a detailed brief. After that, we drafted the content and, once approved, designed the whitepaper in Figma.
The whitepaper was initially created in Jiffy’s brand colors — later, we updated the design to match Cloud Retail’s new identity.
We then moved on to writing content pieces for the company — including website case studies, media pitch materials, and press releases. Much of the source material came from the founder’s public talks and interviews.

We also supported the founder with LinkedIn posts to help build a consistent personal brand presence.
For some LinkedIn posts, we created more in-depth content — including visual explainers and structured materials like this PDF with diagrams.
A separate task was to create the company’s investor pitch deck — we worked on both the copy and the design.
We also rewrote the About Us page on the company’s website. As Cloud Retail was going through a rebranding and repositioning, it was important to clearly and concisely explain the company’s evolution — and that’s where we stepped in.

Our collaboration lasted for about a year, until Cloud Retail shifted its marketing strategy and decided to focus on building an in-house content team.
