Client
Avito
Avito is one of the largest IT companies in Russia and the country’s leading online commerce platform.

The company’s Graduate Recruitment & Education team is responsible for attracting and hiring young professionals. They develop internships and educational programs in partnership with top universities across the country.

This team was one of Got It Bureau’s very first clients.

Objectives
  • Write the main landing page about career opportunities for early-career talent
  • Write landing pages for individual internship and education programs

Avito hires a large number of young professionals, and the company needed a single point of entry. On this platform, students and recent graduates could learn about internships, training programs, application stages, expectations, and conditions.

That’s how start.avito.ru was born — a dedicated page that brings together all key information about Avito’s opportunities for young talent.

The second part of the task was to create landing pages for specific internship, hiring, and educational programs. In total, we wrote content for 11 pages of the website.
Our Approach
We set up a clear and efficient workflow to ensure fast, accurate, and on-time approvals. A consistent step-by-step process helped keep everything moving smoothly: Structure → Approval → Draft → Revisions → Proofreading

We worked closely with Avito’s design team — suggesting landing page mechanics, block layouts, and key messaging to highlight the most important and persuasive points.

Each landing page took about a week from start to final edits.

To manage tasks, we started with Notion and later switched to WEEEK, a platform better suited to Avito’s internal workflows.
Solution
Landing Page Structure
Each landing page began with a clearly defined layout — from header to footer. We mapped out the block sequence, content for each section, and explained the reasoning behind the structure. This approach ensured that every page aligned with both user needs and business goals, while also reducing the number of edits required at later stages.
Content Writing
Once the structure was approved, we filled it with content — keeping the tone clear, concise, and aligned with Avito’s voice. The texts were informative, easy to navigate, and tailored to early-career candidates. We based the content on:
  • Internal materials provided by the client (interviews, presentations, program descriptions)
  • Audience research and candidate personas
Editing & Proofreading
After the content was approved, our proofreader reviewed each text to ensure clarity, correctness, and alignment with Avito’s editorial guidelines.

Collaboration with Designers
We worked closely with the design team at FarFor Studio to deliver a polished final product. Along with the copy, we provided layout suggestions — including which sections to highlight, where to place emphasis, and how to present key information. If changes were made during layout, we adjusted headlines and rewrote text where needed to fit the final design.
Result
We wrote content for 11 landing pages and continue to support new ones as needed. The system is in place — we work fast, deliver results, and continue building trust with the client.

Beyond landing pages, we also support Avito’s internship programs by writing and designing surrounding materials: handouts, presentations, stickers, and case studies.
