Everything all at once for the Trackbox Marketing Team
Over a 6-month collaboration, we revamped the Trackbox website, expanded its structure, simplified the copy, and launched content for LinkedIn and Telegram. We also created two custom presentations — one for events, the other for cold outreach.

Trackbox
Trackbox is a platform for tracking and managing affiliate traffic. The company operates in two verticals — Finance and iGaming. Its tools enable users to filter incoming traffic, distribute leads across multiple brands, and track their performance across more than 20 metrics.
Challenge
With a lean internal team — just one in-house marketer — Trackbox needed external support to build a structured marketing function from scratch. They approached us to help shape their communication strategy and deliver essential marketing assets.
We started with two high-impact deliverables: a pitch deck for conferences and a cold sales presentation. After proving value, we became a long-term partner, running weekly strategy sessions, helping prioritise marketing tasks, and acting as an extension of their team. Together with Trackbox’s in-house designers, we relaunched the website and established consistent content flows on LinkedIn and Telegram.
What We Did
Over six months, we rewrote and expanded the Trackbox website, making it clearer, more structured, and user-friendly. We launched ongoing communication on LinkedIn and Telegram, and delivered two tailored presentations: one for industry events and another for cold sales outreach.
Beyond that, we supported content marketing efforts by writing promotional offers and crafting internal newsletters for existing clients.
Presentations
Our priority was creating two strategic presentations to support the launch of a new business vertical at Trackbox. The goal was to communicate the value of the new offering to different types of audiences.
We developed:
A concise, event-ready deck for warm leads at industry conferences
A more detailed version for cold outreach, covering key benefits, verticals, services, and pricing
These decks became core tools for sales and brand visibility during early-stage conversations.
Social media
To build a direct line of communication with both prospects and existing clients, we launched the company’s LinkedIn presence from scratch and took over content planning for its Telegram channel, which targets active users.
We’re currently developing a structured content plan and writing copy for both platforms, while the client’s design team prepares the visual assets.
Website
The original Trackbox website was a single-page layout that didn’t clearly communicate the company’s offering. With a limited budget, we focused on the essentials: rewriting the copy to clearly explain the product, its value, and available services.
This laid the foundation for future improvements and helped align the website with Trackbox’s positioning in the market.
After updating the copy, we conducted a competitive analysis and proposed a new visual direction — a modern design aesthetic and updated colour scheme. Based on this, we developed the structure for a full-scale multipage website, with dedicated pages for affiliates, brands, networks, and the two key verticals: Gaming and Finance. Design and development were handled by the client’s in-house team.
As a result, Trackbox moved from an outdated one-pager with vague messaging to a targeted, well-structured website tailored to each audience segment.
This step-by-step approach allowed us to maximise the available budget and deliver a clear, professional digital presence that speaks directly to different types of users.
How We Worked
Alongside deliverables, we built a transparent and consistent collaboration process with the Trackbox team. We held weekly check-ins, participated in ongoing marketing discussions, and proactively suggested solutions.
We integrated into the client’s workflow — staying connected with different departments via Slack, gathering up-to-date product information, and scheduling regular calls to stay aligned with evolving priorities.
Since Trackbox operates in English-speaking markets, we also implemented a quality check system using ChatGPT to ensure all copy was grammatically correct, yet accessible to non-native English speakers.
